Three Q Medical was launched in late 2008 as the medical division of Three Q Recruitment. We provide permanent and temporary employment and recruitment services within the medical, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries in Ireland and abroad. We have a team of dedicated and experienced consultants ready to provide a quality service to both clients and candidates.

Alan Noone

Alan Noone joined the company in December 2011 as Senior Recruitment Consultant. Alan’s experience has been in technical recruitment throughout his career, having recruited within the Pharmaceutical, Medical and Engineering sectors.  Alan is a highly motivated, energetic and passionate recruiter who always delivers on cleint and candidate expectations.  

Alan has a Diploma in Industrial Engineering and a BA in Business Admin., along with several qualifications within Recruitment Practice. He is also a Member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation and the Institute of Safety & Health. Alan’s key objective will be to further develop and expand the successful Medical and Pharmaceutical division within Three Q.

Margaret Sheehan Velthuysen

Margaret joined the Three Q Medical in March 2009. She trained and worked as a Registered Nurse in Ireland before moving to Australia. She recently returned to live in Ireland again to be closer to her family. Margaret has over twenty years of nursing experience including acute, ambulatory and community nursing in Australia.

Margaret uses her  experience in the Australian healthcare environment to provide our team with valuable insight when selecting the best possible candidates during our recruiting process, especially for overseas placements.

During her nursing career, Margaret continued her studies and to date her academic achievements include a Graduate Diploma in Acute Care Nursing and a Masters in Adult Education. She has also presented healthcare papers at international and national healthcare conferences in Australia.
